All is back to normal after a range of actions taken. For most clients it was running smooth again for over an hour, the last ones are covered now as well. Though we keep on monitoring that closely. We realise this was an impacting incident, further investigation will follow. Apologies for any inconvenience caused.

Update

The price calculation process is currently a lot more stable than earlier this evening, but not the way we expect it to be. We keep on mitigating the impact till the root cause is solved.

Identified

The update was unfortunately posted too soon, the issue came back and we're further analysing the problem.

Monitoring

We found the cause of the issue. An index creation process in Mongodb seems to block queries that try to fetch the price configuration. We have stopped this process forcefully and this seems to calm things down. We are monitoring closely how this progresses.

We currently experience issues in the process that calculates prices for all bookings. We are investigating and trying to mitigate the issue. New update soon.
